Mushroom Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 Portabello Mushroom
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • Cooked Egg Noodles
  • Olive Oil

Steps

  1. Prepare egg noodles according to package
  2. Dice onion and garlic, sautee in olive oil
  3. Wash portabello mushrooms, cut into 3/4 cm thick strips
  4. Add mushrooms to onion and garlic, cook until softened
  5. Combine mushroom soup and 1/2 can water, mix well
  6. Add mushroom sauce to frying pan, bring to a boil
  7. Serve mushroom sauce over egg noodles
