Mushroom Stroganoff

Ingredients

2 Portabello Mushroom
- 1 Onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- Cooked Egg Noodles
- Olive Oil
Steps
- Prepare egg noodles according to package
- Dice onion and garlic, sautee in olive oil
- Wash portabello mushrooms, cut into 3/4 cm thick strips
- Add mushrooms to onion and garlic, cook until softened
- Combine mushroom soup and 1/2 can water, mix well
- Add mushroom sauce to frying pan, bring to a boil
- Serve mushroom sauce over egg noodles
